The Hilltop has in-house catering and a full liquor license. We take care of all your food & beverage needs. Check out one of our quarterly open houses to sample some of our delicious catering! To bring in a different caterer, we have a $500 outside catering fee.
No. The Hilltop at Berry Acres will supply you with fully trained and experienced bartenders.
Anytime alcohol is served on the property, a security officer (provided by The Hilltop at Berry Acres) will be required.
Yes! The facility is all on one level with accessible ceremony and reception sites.
Aside from food and beverage vendors, am I required to use your vendors (florists, cake, photo booth, photographers, etc.)?
We have a list of amazing vendors that we have worked with for years and would recommend them to anyone. You are not required to use those vendors and are welcome to bring in your own.
All DJ services will come through The Hilltop at Berry Acres.
No! You will receive exclusive access to The Hilltop on your wedding day.
The Hilltop has very limited decor restrictions. Please contact us to discuss your specific decoration ideas.
Yes! Your guests' cars will be safe behind a gate on private property.
No. There are two hotels in the area that we are glad to recommend.
No. Linen table cloths are included in our rental. You have the opportunity to order linen napkins separately through us.
Yes. Rehearsal dinners can be booked 60 days before the event date. Contact us for rehearsal dinner rentals.
Yes! We have an indoor ceremony option that can fit up to 110 people. This ceremony option is completely separate from the reception arena.
