You may be surprised to hear that our venue coordinator duties and list of to-dos are very similar to a wedding coordinator’s list. Having multiple coordinators here on staff for each event ensures that the couple is being taken care of along with your wedding vision that you have poured many months of time into making perfect. Working for our venue has allowed us to know every aspect of a wedding day, ensuring that everything you need for your ceremony, cake cutting, toasts, grand entrance, dinner, sunset photos, exit and more will be there and ready for the couple.
Continuing with our “no-stress” motto, there’s no need to worry because Berry Acres already covers your vendors for venue space, catering, decorating, bar and DJ services, coordinating, chinaware and linens. We left the fun things for you to decide on like booking your bakery for dessert, finding a photo and video that matches your style, designing your invites and registry, hiring the perfect hair and makeup artist, and shopping for your dress/wedding attire because you know your style! It seems like a lot, but take a breath! We will provide you with a preferred vendor list and helpful planning materials. Some of our vendors include photographers and videographers because we know who works best with our couples and who captures the best moments of your wedding day in pictures and film!
Berry Acres truly cares for their couples. Angela Berry is known to cry when she sends one of our brides down the aisle on wedding days! We usually work with our couples for many months or years in planning their wedding day, so we create a special bond with our couples. Angela is right there moments before each family member, bridesmaid, groomsmen, bride and groom walk down the aisle to ensure that they have the right escorting arm, their jewelry is laying perfect, and they are smiling!
