We are ecstatic to have welcomed you into our Berry Acres family! A family that supports you through this process, whether there is a stressful time, exciting time, uncertain or a decision making time. We are excited to witness the love story you are building with your partner.

We look forward to hosting you, your family and friends! We can’t wait to have the bride and groom suites turned on, along with refreshments ready for you to enjoy. For you to gather with your girls and guys to get ready for your special day.

We are excited to host you quarterly at our tasting/open house events. An event specifically with our Berry Acres couples in mind. An event where you can see everything that we offer, not just as your venue, but possibly also as your coordinator, DJ, caterer, bartender, decorating team, and more.

We look forward to connecting with you and your fiance as you plan and prepare for your big day. To become a team of people that you can trust to make your wedding day truly stress-free. To create a day where you can experience all the best things that come from the day. We look forward to serving you by knowing what you need before you even know you need it!

We are honored to assist you down the aisle, making sure all the details are in order and everything and everyone looks wedding day ready.

We are excited to be the first one to congratulate you and your new spouse as you return back down the aisle as a newly married couple! And then we are ready to hype you up to enter into party mode after the ceremony.

We can’t wait for you to arrive and see your reception space ready to be enjoyed by you and your guests. With smiles on your faces, excited to see each other, have the best time, and to enjoy a meal together in celebration of a beautiful union.

We look forward to seeing how Berry Acres can be personalized for each couple. With their names on our road sign and uploaded on our computerized custom dance floor. With the decor that each bride chooses to decorate the space and the colors they choose for flowers, dresses and linens. Along with the menu that is chosen and the creativity that comes with different guest book options, signature drinks and fun photo opportunities, we are excited to be there to make a wedding day vision, a reality.

We look forward to preparing to send you off like gathering your bags to leave and sending you home with a to go box with all the different cake flavors/dessert options. We are honored to help your family pack up all your items to go home by having our staff consolidate decorations and other items.
